My First Trip to the Dentist... and I Loved It!

I could tell Mom was a little nervous the past few weeks every time my first dentist appointment came up.  She kept telling me how fun it would be and that I shouldn't be scared.  I don't know why she was nervous... it was so much fun.  The dentist and her team had all kinds of cool things, like a whirly tooth brushing machine that sounded like a car engine, a spit sucker, a chair that leans back into a bed (that was a little scary at first), TVs on the ceilings that show videos about cars, and bubble gum toothpaste.  I have never heard of bubble gum before, but it sure is tasty and has the word bubble in it!  Who doesn't love bubbles?

For those wondering, they did use those cool tools on my mouth - although they showed me what they were going to do on my hand first.  After they finished playing auto shop on my teeth, I got to pick a prize (I picked a jumbo bouncy ball), grab some stickers, put a coin in a machine that spit out another bouncy ball, and play with the toys in the waiting room.

I had so much fun at the dentist, I did not want to leave.  Here are a few pictures Mom took of me (Dad was walking around the halls with Amelia - all of the teeth tools were too much for her).

My New School and the Red Class!

On January 6th, I started at my new red class at BHCP (I like that the school has a short name with all letters). I used to be in the purple class (I finally just learned to say my old school's name Agudas Achim).

Mom and Dad were all nervous about my move.  But, I have loved my new school since we visited last year during their open house and everything is going great.  So far, my teachers say that it is like I have been in the class the whole year.  I am not sure what they mean, because I have been in the class all of the year (2014).

Anyway, this school is a lot of fun (so was my old one), and we have undertaken a lot of cool activities.  Also, everyday someone's Mom or Dad gets to come in, help, lead an activity, and play.  I will get to bring Mom with me in 2 weeks and Dad will come with me in February.  You can check out some pictures of me at school below.
They have trains in the Big Room at School; although I have to build my own track.  I get to play for the first hour in the big room everyday.  They also have tricycles, a gas station, giant floor mats (to make sure I do more than trains)...

Here was are playing kitchen in our classroom.  While I am still learning everyone's name, we have a lot of fun together!

In class, we have been talking about what it takes to build house.  I said you need a hammer, a kitchen, and a potty.  My friends in class suggested other things.  Here I am looking in the house with one of my friends.  The house at school is tall.  Ours at home is shorter, but it has more furniture.

While we do not eat lunch at school in the red class (like in the purple class), we have a snack everyday that one of my friend's brings in.  Sometimes, we even get to make the snack at school - here we are making pizza.  I did not eat my whole pizza, but it was a lot of fun to make. We also talked about what is needed to make a pizza - I said salami.  Mmm, salami.

Same picture, different day

These two pictures were taken nearly 17 months apart.   How much everyone has grown.   Amelia was about 1 month old; now she is nearly 18 months.
Can you guess which one is newer?
Peace out,
