Lost Holiday Pictures, Recovered

As my avid readers know, over the holidays I went to St Louis.  While there I met my St Louis family.  Including some of the cousins on my Dad's side.  Each year, they get together, take pictures, and open presents.  I got lots of presents.  But I think I like the boxes better.

While the family takes lots of pictures (and I mean lot), no one ever looks at them.  No one sends them to others.  And no one speaks of them ever again.  Because Dad had to work, he missed all of the picture taking.  So he hasseled the family until he got some.  I now know why no one ever looks at them - they are all blurry, or no one is looking at the camera.  Maybe they should hire a professional.  Anyway, here is a sample photo and the link to the album.
That's me playing with my older cousins Griffin and Dylan.  As soon as I learn to use my thumbs, they are going to teach me to play Star Wars and comic book heros.

Peace Out,
Phin

Hey You, I'm a Big Guy - I'm Five Months Old

Today I turn older then I have ever been.  Yup, I'm now five months old!  Dad said I would be old enough to drive soon.

As a big guy, I get to decide what to wear, when to eat, when to sleep, when to be changed, and when to play.  Luckily, my Mom and Dad think the same things as me (samsies), so it has not been a problem yet.  And I mean yet.  Today I wanted to celebrate turning five months, so we did.  I saw some friends.  And I put on a polo onesie and we played.  I wore my polo that matches new "Play Room" and my Jumperoo.  It's cool, just like me. Checkout my photos, we had phun taking them.  hehe, that joke never gets old - but I do.

Peace Out,
Phin
Here I am haning in the "Play Room" my squishy floor tiles.  They're fun!

Finally, Dad Gets Off His Duff and Posts My Pictures

Not being able to type means a loss of digital independence.  I do not know how to type. And my fingers are too short.  My Dad usually types my blogs for me.  However, my Dad's busy schedule means he is not here to do my typing.  He should quit his job and type for me.  The blog would make money if he wrote consistently. Luckily, my friend Max is typing this blog for me (he's 2 months older and has more dexterous fingers).

Enough griping.  I would like to share my January 2011 photo album with you.  Several have been splashed on other blog posting, but here are a couple new ones.

Here I am trying to eat the light on this toy

Here I am holding hands with my friend Max (who typed this blog)

Feb Pics and more blogs coming soon. Once Dad gets his act together!

Peace Out,

Phour Month Old Phin

Earlier this week, I turned phour (hehe) months old!  While I am still haunted by my first party, turning phour months old has been a great time!

To celebrate, Mom took me to the doctor's office.  I got 3 shots.  My legs hurt. But, I found out I am now 16.56 pounds (75th percentile) and am in the 95th height percentile.  I am tall and athletically built, just like my Dad.  Although I have more hair.

Also, to celebrate we took some photos.  Some are in the same chair where I had my one month photoshoot, so you could see how much I have grown since then.  Don't worry, I am just as cute (if not cuter).  Check out the previews below, and the whole album here.

Peace Out,
Phin

MTV Bound

As my many recent visitors and lunch dates know, I am a vocal and active baby.  My hobbies include kicking my legs, grooving to tunes, and yelling loudly (in addition to drooling and eating my toys).  Last week I added high-pitch shrieking to the list.  Mom and Dad are not fans of my newest fav, but what are they going to do, I'm a baby!!  They are happy shrieks.

To help me spread my gospel of being an active baby, Mom and Dad helped me create a special treat for my blog fans.  Join me in dancing to my first music video, as I prep for my four month birthday (01/20/11).

How I chose the song: My great grandfathter, Alan (aka Papa) had a favorite candy.  So in tribute, I asked Mom and Dad to create a music video to the 1994 dance classic Tootsie Roll.  MTV, here I come (or YouTube).

Don't worry, my next blog will feature my 4-month photoshoot pics.

Peace Out,
Phin
