Thursday night, the evening before graduation, the Public Policy school hosted a little reception for the families on the roof of the school's building (known as the Car Barn, which overlooks the famed Exorcist Steps - imagine 3 years of studying looking at those steps!).

After the reception, the 11 of us headed out in a caravan of calamity to check out the monuments lit up at night. Despite D, C & M living in DC for 3 years, all three drivers took completely different routes to the monuments - it was like watching New Yorkers debate about the quickest way to get uptown. After we all made it, we had a great time and snapped some great photos!

The next day was graduation... Despite everyone's thoughts, I actually did graduate and walked across the stage. Heck, I even graduated with honors (for ending up in the top 20% of the class).
